This review is from: Wild Food (Master Chefs) (Paperback)
This is a very short book on cooking wild food, three of the recipes are for mushrooms, three for fish, one duck, one rabbit, one wild strawberry, and one wild garlic. A master-class it's not, there is no hint on how to prepare the wild ingredients but the recipes are nice and simple.
