Product Description

Product Description

A beautifully presented jar containing 11 wild hibiscus flowers in syrup with 8 page cocktail guide on the lid. You will love our wild hibiscus flowers with their vibrant crimson colour. Delicious raspberry and rhubarb flavour, perfect for your next dinner party or special occasion. Serve as a classic champagne cocktail, simply place a whole wild hibiscus flower in the bottom of a champagne flute, pour in a dash of the crimson syrup and top up with your favourite bubbly. Each jar contains approximately 11 whole premium flowers in sugar syrup.

There are only 3 ingredients wild hibiscus flowers, cane sugar and water. Each flower is hand packed into the jar to preserve their quality and shape. There is a slightly different shaped flower for each part of the jar to minimize damage to the flowers. All colour and flavour come just from the flower, they are cooked in the jar and vacuum sealed which gives them a long shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture.

Ingredients

Wild Hibiscus Flowers (38%) (Hibiscus Sabdariffa), Cane Sugar, Water.

I saw this product on the net and watched the video. I was fascinated and bought it to use with Champagne at the beginning of what turned out a very good night with friends. Everybody loved the looks of it, the taste of it and made a note to buy it for themselves. Lovely and unexpected surprise, goes down well. Ingrid Khan

Really happy with purchase, bought as part of a Christmas gift. Great fun using them in sparkling drinks, added a nice flavour and looked very pretty! Arrived quickly, and well packaged.

Arrived as promised, well packaged. The jar includes recipes for cocktails that I am going to make this weekend for my friends birthday. I have tried these before and they make champagne cocktails look (and taste) beautiful....

Delightful little flowers which open up in your champagne and add a slightly sweet flavour, a little like kir royal. Then once you have finished the fizz you eat the flower and they are very juicy and sweet. A lovely gift for a champagne drinker.

I can buy these locally, but it is cheaper for me to buy on Amazon and have them delivered to my door... Go figure?! Had these for my granddaughters baptism, served with, Champagne, Non Alcholoic white grape juice, and sparkling water. Then at my 50th birthday and again at my daughters 21st party. Everyone loved them. 1 flower did about 3-4 refills of the glass with a teaspoon of syrup..... It looked beautiful and tasted wonderful

Order arrived on time however packaging was all ripped off. Royal Mail had gathered what was left into a plastic bag but disappointed that this occurred. Jars themselves are all sticky suggesting they may have leaked but will wait for Christmas before trying.
Product should be good as we have tried them before but could be disappointing if they have been damaged due to the mess it arrived in, hence mark down on rating.

To add a bit of snobbery - my wife first found the `Wild Hibiscus Flowers' in Harrods! Since then she's bought 3 together from Amazon to spread out hefty p&p costs. The flowers are stunning and a great surprise for guests with sparkling wine (may be a snob but I know you don't put anything in champagne). They look good, flavour the fizz and eventually taste good. 5-star recommended.
