I bought this book as an identification guide to carry whilst out on walks, I chose it because it is small, light and has photos as illustrations and in all these respects it is suitable. Details on each flower are clear so you can have confidence in the identification. The only problem I have - I am not a biologist of any sort - is using the key to find the right flower, if it is a common shape and I have no idea of the name I end up looking at lots of pages, it would be nice if the key was more than just flower shapes
