A simply astounding, rich survey of all the creatures which live in the region 3 Mar. 2006
By Midwest Book Review - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
Wild Belfast: On Safari In The City is an amazing book: a city guide which covers all the wildlife of the city, from insects to birds and mammals. From inner city parks and gardens to adjacent area meadows, wetlands and woods, Wild Belfast offers a simply astounding, rich survey of all the creatures which live in the region - and how best to see them. Packed with color photos and natural history, this is one of the most amazing books available - we can only hope other urban areas will receive such insights. Very highly recommended indeed; even if you never visit Belfast and know little of the area, but are passionate about wildlife and natural history.
