Bought this board game for a 10-year old girl. It kept the whole family (5 pairs, mixed adults and kids) playing for more than an hour on Xmas day. It's fun, easy to start, easy to quit whenever you want. If the kid is interested in animals, there is a good level of knowledge to be found in the game and it can be played at different levels depending on the situation or the level of interest.
