Almost a year to the day i had a serious accident where i broke my spine in 2 places and damaged my spinal cord, whilst i have been lucky enough to walk again i was still very concerned with my fitness and posture. I bought this item not just for fun but also with the hope of improving fitness and posture, on my first attempt at the wii fit i got a wii age of 51 (I am 36) i was a little deflated, but with perseverance i have managed to get that age down to high 30's. Friends and family have also mentioned how my walking has improved and posture. Iwould reccomend this product to anyone who has been or is in a similar situation to me for recovery and yes it is also a lot of FUN....

I don't enjoy going to the gym or keeping fit. Not good I know and since I'm overweight and unfit I needed to do something about it.
I purchased the Wii Fit in a desperate attempt to try and do something about it.
A few days in and I'm on my way to a better life, while I don't think any of the exercises will have me competing in any ironman series in the future, it has at least has got me doing something aside from sitting around.
It is also making me more aware of what I'm eating as keeping track of your weight and BMI helps me think a little more before tucking in to a dozen more biscuits.
When I set up my initial Mii I thought I had made it pretty close to how I look. The Wii fit sorted this out and was quick to make my frame far more rotund. Had a good chuckle about this with my partner.
Here's to the start of a fitter and lighter me.

Bloody brilliant invention!
I am a 26 yr old female and my mum is in her 50's and we both love this!!!
The exercises are fun, engaging and never get boring no matter how often you do them!
It really does add an element of fun to every workout and I can't praise it highly enough!
The sheer amount of things you can do are amazing - yoga, muscle exercises, aerobics, jogging (not on board!!) etc are fantastic and I can not honestly praise it enough! You can also weigh pets on it which is really good too (as all pet owners need weight for flea/worm treatment!)
It does you BMI, you can input exercise you have done during the day and you can even input your waist measurements and height and you can tailor a daily workout for yourself to do every day!
Can honestly say I now love exercise and it has got me up to my right weight!!
