I have read that one of the activities is step aerobics. Since the whole point of this is to step up and down, does anyone know how this would work? I can't think that you're meant to put the board on a conventional step?
Hi there - i'm afraid you've got completely mixed up!
Not to worry - the idea of Step Aerobics is that the 'step' refers to stepping up and down on the board in time to music and the Mii's on the screen, thus giving you a cardio workout because it's a constant activity. It looks a fun - maybe more beneficial for the women/girls (sorry, it just looks quite girly!) but still adds. Their are 3 sections of activity with over 60 fitness games.
The basic step programme only goes at one speed. When you get the Advanced programme released, that speeds up part way through. The "diy" step option which allows you to watch tv while stepping does allow you to choose which speed you step at. Guess you just need to keep using it a little while longer to unlock the features.
