Lies my mother told me is one of my favorite movies, and I just regret they
Hayden's character didn't have a biological father. I just feel that if the mother's
character of being a con artist was great, they could had put a parental kidnapping
warrant out and Hayden's character might had been more dramatic if she was furious
at not being with her father rather than the grandparents. Other than that,
Lies my mother told me is definitely worth getting ..........

But couldn't they had made it a VHS or just not have Widow on the hill?

For Widow on the Hill 19 Jan 2007
By christienne Mackaye budge - Published on Amazon.com
This was one of the best lifetime type dramas I have seen. It is also one of the most disturbing. The behavior of this woman unsettled me so that I have been trying to find out what the final conclusion was on the internet. I have been unsucessful thus far. I know of other situations in real life where a spouse was accused of murdering (or attempting to murder) their wife/husband...one of which happened down the street from me (von Bulow in the 1980's) yet this is more chilling.

Good but sad 19 Dec 2005
A Kid's Review - Published on Amazon.com
This is such a great movie but ends so sad. I saw it on Lifetime today and at the end I was crying so hard it was kind of making me sick. The best thing about this movie is you know that this woman really really loves her daughter. Great movie.
