Cover is just cotton, so anytime Milk, pee or poop gets on it(after all we are dealing with a baby) the entire pillow needs washing... would love a waterproof cover to go underneath.
The pillow is too firm, it does not adapt very well to the mother's body. Baby stays too high to be fed comfortably
