for the price of the book,i became armed with some very very good information.which works for me and has transformed the way i look at so many different foods. my bowel problems cleared up (after the first couple of days,which weren't pretty). and i still continue to lose weight,without going to the gym(which by the way i still recommend)and with amazing elevations in mood.i could go on,but i really do think you should be trying this out for yourself.it is without doubt the best book i have read (without pictures)and oh so helpful.my opinion is that you will gain so much insight and joy at the results that come your way with very little sacrifice!
