GeoffG says:
Why is your Kindle edition only £0.50 less than the paperback? As there are no production costs for the paperback, and also as there is no second hand value to the Kindle edition, and at the moment it can't be lent out by customers outside the U.S., it should be substantially cheaper than the paperback.
