I found this book to be very useful. The concepts are very clearly explained and the management theory is well described. It takes a refreshing inital view of change and moves through many well balanced arguements. All in all I found it to be brilliant, however it has some slang in it which might prove a cultural barrier.

Useful to consultants as a "soft" tool 8 Oct 1999
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
This is a useful and very entertaining take on the change process. The methods the authors promote are probably too "soft" to stand alone in a change effort, but they are make a great addition any consultant's tool kit.
