Whatever I hoped to learn will remain unlearned until I find another source. I was expecting a book, instead got a bound copy of a typed paper, incomplete in that it referenced illustrations that were not included. The majority of the material was basically foot notes...often referring to illustrations that were not represented. It was difficult to read, the typeface was pale, a difficult font, single spaced on 8 1/2 by ll paper. It appeared more to be a preliminary typed product that would later be presented in true book form. It's cover claimed "high quality paperback"....it was not.
