OK, so the books is basically two lists. One of Authors with their 'significant' works listed, and the other an alphabetical list of aforsaid works.
If this sounds like dullsville to you, then stop reading now. This book isn't for you.
If, on the other hand, you often find yourself, in the middle of convesation, unable to remember who wrote a particular book, then this volume is your man. OK, you could look it up on the internet, but sometimes a book is faster (and more impressive).
And, if you're of the inteligentasia persuasion, then it can make a great conversation piece, as well as settling some of the amiable 'disagreements' that often crop up in inteligent conversation.
It's well laid out, and, considering it's intended audience, reasonably priced.
Not a lot more can be said about it really.
Go on, you know you want it really....
