This is a great book and such a light easy read. They are life lessons which help to lead a more fulfilling life and to be content and happy. To just be in the moment and enjoy it.

If everyone in the world just lived by one lesson a day, imagine how great it would be!

5.0 out of 5 stars Nuggets of wisdom, 13 Aug 2010
Excellent little nuggets of wisdom that are invaluable and the book now has a permanent place on my bedside table. I also bought a copy for my daughter who is on a journey of self discovery. Be the best person that you can be is the message.
