It was inevitable that one of the most successful quiz shows in TV history would spawn a million and one products to go with it; this book is one of them. It is essentially nothing more than a glorified general knowledge quiz book with the features from the TV show included (it suggest for the Phone a Friend lifeline you do exactly that--Chris Tarrant impersonation is optional, presumably!). The questions range in difficulty and cover a breadth of topics, and its easy to use the lifelines such as 50:50 and ask the audience, just flip to the lists at the back of the book. Fans of the show will love it and with nearly 1,000 questions it is very good value for money. It won't make you rich, but it will make it fun imagining. --Jonathan Weir

I was given this book and I played the quiz game with my family. We had hours of fun! We lost track of time and I missed Neighbours. This is rare! I love this book more than Neighbours.

Very enjoyable, the questions cover a wide range of topics and plenty to choose from.
I was, however, a bit disappointed to see that despite the glossy cover, it was all in black in white and tended to smudge quite easily, especially when the kids got their dirty mitts on it! Some colour to make it feel like a quiz book than a school textbook would have been nice.
That's just about the only thing i find wrong with it. Layout is very good, all 3 lifelines can be used like in the real game and answers at the back. Just because it's a book, doesn't mean that the question-writers don't make it any easier for you!
As me and my friends did, you can even reinact the night that the Major cheated his way to a million, and making it twice as fun, cough cough!
