A schychadelic masterpeice or a whing drone? I go for the first option on Oasis' second single from the dissapointing Standing On The Shoulders Of Giants. The song is influenced heavily by fellow Manchester band The Stone Roses but that's definatley not a bad thing. Liam sounds fantastic in what sounds like a drug fuelled love song. Brilliant lyrics as always make this one of the best songs from there fourth album. The B-sides are a fantastic acoustic "One Way Road" and probably the worst cover version Oasis have ever done in "Helter Skelter". Still worth buying though.

While Who Feels Love does contain some of the worst examples of cod-hippy lyrics ever committed to tape ("thankyou for the sun,the one that shines on everyone, etc) it is musically one of the most un-Oasis Oasis singles ever. Also, like both Go Let It Out and Sunday Morning Call it contains a classic B-Side in One Way Road, which could, and perhaps should, have gone on Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants.

This is a great tune indeed, very 'poetic' words and nice backward guitars. Liam's voice is as sneery as ever, and the video is dead cool. The b-sides are really great, One Way Road is really slow and quite, while Helter Skelter has a great bassline. Tops!
