This is a great thriller. Top-marks.

Chris Ryan knows how to capture your attention right from the outset, and hold it throughout.

There is a lot of drivel in this genre on the bookshelves today, but this book and this writer knows how to write!

Highly recommended!

Format:Hardcover
Chris Ryan is back with a book that illustrates his true talents. There can be no denying Ryan's technical expertise, after all he has been there, done it and loaded the MP5 and therein lies his strength, a sense of realism usually shines through. The book actually harks back to the "them and us" period in history where Tom Clancy was at his best but also adds another facet, a family dimension.
For those of you who like lots of action, adventure and can put up with some gory moments then I would recommend this book wholeheartedly!

Not the best
Having read a few other novels from Chris Ryan, I thought I had to read this one. The storyline is too far fetched and hard to follow, I'm sure the SAS wouldn't be sent out to kill... Read more
