- Sometimes one looks for a positive flavour that is not too extreme. Lemon or orange can be too citric, so we have chosen Orange Blossom. It has the lovely crisp mouth-watering flavour of orange, but also the heady floral aroma from the blossoms.
- Always brew very lightly using a pinch of leaves in a tea bowl or 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of leaves per 6-cup teapot. Do not add milk. Boil freshly drawn cold water, warm the pot first with a splash of hot water. Add the tea and pour on boiling water. Brew for 2-5 minutes. If brewing in a tea bowl, top up repeatedly with more hot water.
- Black tea, orange peel and blossom, flavouring.
