Lovely recipes, lots of pictures so you know what you should do! If you're unsure about bread making then this book will give you the confidence to make your own bread, rolls and lots of other things too. It's not difficult or too time consuming either. Highly recommended

This book was a gift to my husband in the hope that he would stop making such a fuss and a mess of trying to bake his own bread. Well it worked, the book is so well written and there are so many tips and ideas that have helped enormously. I would highly recommend this one.
