I bought this fridge freezer in October 2007, and it developed a fault within 3 weeks - the freezer worked erratically, and the temperature was never near the required -18C. Eventually, it just stopped any attempt at cooling altogether. A replacement was finally delivered on 17th Dec, but that too failed after just 5 days, forcing me to throw a load of defrosted food away and leaving me without a fridge freezer over Christmas and the New Year. I have asked for a full refund as I suspect there is a fault with these appliances which the manufacturer won't admit to. I'll buy a different make next time.
