    this is the second one ive had , first on stopped working after 3 months , contacted amazon and no problem they had me a replacement sent out within the week , fingers crossed had this one a month now , first class response from amazon

    Brought this Whirlpool microwave with the steam function and have used the steam function quite a lot and found it very good and easy to use. Like the fact that dosent use up as much space as a conventional microwave oven and fits in a corner. Overall very pleased with it.

    This advertised item does not have a crisp function or quartz grill as flagged up in the description so I have not used it yet. It is a lovely colour and modern design and does fit neatly into a corner.It is now repackaged and I am waiting to hear back from Amazon Customer care why they have mis- described this microwave and what my options are as the model without crisp facility and quartz grill can be bought for £80.00 on ebay.
