4.0 out of 5 stars Deja Vu, 13 July 2011
This review is from: The Whiplash Book: How You Can Deal with a Whiplash Injury - Based on the Latest Medical Research (Paperback)
Although the advice is sound , if hard to follow when you are in pain..work through it...it does work. However having bought the "Neck Book" , It is basically a reiteration of that , meaning do not do as I did and buy both

1.0 out of 5 stars very narrow, 1 Nov 2009
This review is from: The Whiplash Book: How You Can Deal with a Whiplash Injury - Based on the Latest Medical Research (Paperback)
I was looking forward to reading this hoping there would be insight into the very complicated and problematic whip lash syndrome phenomenan. It actually gives advice applicable to minor and uncomplicated whip lash injuries and doesnt mention what to do if, having tried everything they say you are still in significant pain and suffering for long periods after.
