There is no answer to your question. There are no details. Very annoying.
I have got the the Director's cut on Blu Ray from Amazon.france. It is a French blu ray. It contains the 4 hour version and all the extra features from the special edition DVD. It has the French dubbed version and English with French subtitles.

Actually, they list:

Run Time: 227 minutes

That is considerably longer than the original theatrical version....

I have the German release which has the extended cut but also 7.1 dts master audio.

I pray that this is the directors cut as it is far better than the theatrical version. The run time hints that this will be the directors cut, but it would be good to 100% sure.

Please anyone knows if there´s a castilian SPANISH audio track in this version. As soon as someone have this Blu Ray please post the audio tracks included, so people from other countries would buy it.

I've just had a look on the BBFC website, and they have only classified the theatrical cut (on 2nd October 2009). Not sure if this blu ray will be the extended version after all, but then again Amazon has moved the release date back by over a month so there may be another change to come. I really hope this will include the extended. Won't be getting it if it doesn't.

amazon states aspect ratio of 1:78. It should be 2:35. Which is it?

5.1 digital sound
Run Time 173 min
languages: English Italian
Subs: English/Danish/Dutch/French/Finish/Italian/Norwegian/?Swedish

Having recently purchased both UK & German Blu-Ray versions I feel qualified to say the German version is far superior storywise so more "complete".

For prospective purchasers of Dances with Wolves I would recommend they just buy the German Blu-ray

I don't have a Blu-Ray player, yet would like to get the 4 hour version of DWW. Which one is correct?

I have the German bluray version which is very good .also I have the 3disc extended version in DTS sound and identifying where the extended addition is inserted to the story that shows what happens to the soldiers at the outpost .it brings the story together much more than the theatrical version does and sound superb in DTS surround .

Buy the 3disc extended version from amazon for a few pounds or euros. Very good picture and sound quality with many extras .do not buy the theatrical version .
