More About the Author

Tony Lewis was born in Cardiff, South Wales in 1967. After finishing school he, like many authors, has had a series of differing and varied jobs including working in a warehouse and as a police officer.

He is married. His wife is an ex nurse, who designs and paints his book covers. He has a son and two stepchildren and lives in Kent, UK.

His novels are a mixture of the supernatural combined with a healthy dose of extreme silliness.

When asked what inspired him to write he said "I was unable to find the laugh out loud, daft joke type story that I wanted to read, so I wrote my own."

He is pleased and proud to now be with publisher CREATIVIA, so check out their site at www.creativia.org where links to his books and other great novels can be found.

Creativia are now allied with Thunderball films and the first three Skullenia novels are in development for the big screen.

Follow him on Facebook at "Tony Lewis Author of the Skullenia Novels" and like the page, and on Twitter @skullenia.

If you've been kind enough to read any of his books and enjoyed them, then a review would be great.

I was sent a free paperback copy of Wherewolf, in return for me providing an honest and unbiased review. I have to admit that this was not a book I would normally have bought if it hadn't been brought to my attention, but, having read it, and subsequently obtained the two sequels, I have to say, I'm hooked. From the wonderful, (oddly uncredited) artwork of the front cover to the superbly entertaining and hilarious story created by the author, Wherewolf is a hidden gem among the countless vampire tales currently available of Amazon and elsewhere. Tony Lewis has created a fantastically funny fantasy town, (Skullenia), populated by some of the most bizarre and entertaiing characters one could hope to meet. This book had me in stitches! His characters are superbly created caricatures of many other fictionla beings, from Count Jocular to the wonderfully funny detective Ollie and his assistant, Stitches, and all manner of strange and weird vampires, zombies and a superb 'mad professor'. My summation of the book? Read it and weep, (tears of mirth). EXCELLENT

This is a very, very welcome addition to the 'vampire canon' with a decidedly tongue-in-cheek take on the whole world of vampires, werewolves and night time creatures. I loved the tone, it was friendly, chirpy, easy to read and made for a real page-turner. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Especially as an escapist commuter read, a wind-down evening read with a cup of tea or something to take your mind off things!

I bought following a recommendation, and I'm glad that I did, it's well written, imaginative and has a healthy dose of tongue in cheek humour that brings a smile to your face, it's easy to pick up and will be enjoyed by all ages. Looking forward to reading the rest of the series. Well recommended.
