About the Author

Inheritance - a sharp knife cutting though a family unit. Kieran Dulhooly is shocked to discover he s the sole beneficiary of his Aunt Polly s will, inheriting her valuable West Cork home as well as a substantial amount of saving. But his windfall comes with a legal clause: he must live in the house for a period of 12 months before reviving rightful ownership. Kieran's euphoria is short-lived, his aunt's conditions stifling for her wanderlust nephew. Waiting in the wings and next in line to inherit are Kieran's sisters, Beth and Charlotte. Having already earmarked Polly s money, financially distress Beth sets out on a course of destruction, determined to get her share one way or another. In this, she has the full support of her mother Marian. Will Kieran walk away from such an opportunity? Is settling in one place for a year beyond possible? Or will the spark he feels for the vulnerable girl next door prompt him to take a chance and accept Aunt Polly's challenge?

5.0 out of 5 stars A Throughly Enjoyable Read 15 Mar 2013
The plot of Where There's A Will races along at a terrific pace and the characters practically dance off the page. Mary draws a beautiful pen picture of a West Cork community where all the drama of greed , regrets , recriminations , love lost and love found play out against the scenic background. A thoroughly enjoyable read.

4.0 out of 5 stars Suz 7 April 2013
A true sense story of one family member being left the bulk of inheritance from an aunt and how the family become divided and greedy.
This is the first Mary Malone book I've read, but it certainly wont be the last. Brilliantly written to keep the reader engrossed and on the edge of their seat with no hints of the twists and turns. Pure brilliant!!
