This is not only a lovely picture book for cuddling up with toddlers who are just learning to talk (Where? There!) with lots of vocabulary at the right level for a toddler, but also for owners of green parrots.
I bought it 15 years ago and I'm still reading it with one child after another, with other people's children and grandchildren. Now I need another copy to send to my green-parrot-owning sister-in-law.

This book is magical. It is interactive - children love feeling clever as they spot the little green parrot hidden on the pages and point it out with glee. I remember my finger hovering with excitement over every page ready to point when my Dad would read the magical cue 'But where is the little green parrot?'. The illustrations are charming and colourful and have enough detail to keep young eyes and imaginations alive for hours!. A must for every young readers bookshelf.

Condition was not as good as expected-cover was dirty (could be sponged off)-a page is torn to about half way across.
