Moderately useful. Doesn't go into a huge amount of detail, though I suppose they are trying to cover a lot of countries. Disappointed not to see Hungary in there, as Budapest 'buy to let' apartments get some of the best yields in the World. You wonder how much proof reading went on, when they have a picture of the USA with a dot marking Washington DC in the far north west of the country (it shouldn't be too difficult to differentiate between the state and the capital city.) It has a good overview of buying in Florida, NYC and a few other places, though I would like to have seen a much larger section (there is less than half a page) as a 'buyers guide'.
