Product Description

Does God exist? What if he is not all-powerful? Where did evil come from? Are miracles mythological? Why is Jesus better than other teachers? When skeptics ask questions like these, believers can turn to this helpful, user-friendly guide for thoughtful answers and clear explanations.
In When Skeptics Ask, apologetics experts Geisler and Brooks explain how to defend the authority and inspiration of the Scripture. Readers will discover answers for objections to classic Christianity and learn to identify and respond to the misuse of Scripture by nonbelievers.

This book is pretty much does what you have come to respect from Norman Geisler, its concise, clear and to the point. There are thirteen chapters that cover pretty generally the sort of questions Christians would generally expect to get during evangelism or formal exchange.

The book gives a good grounding for further reading on the following subjects, Gods existence, other views about God such as pantheism, the problem of evil, miracles Jesus, the Bible, Archaeology, Science, the Afterlife, truth, logic and morality.

Obviously the book can't cover vast amounts of detail for each of the above subjects but its certainly ideal for getting a good grounding for further investigation.

Worth the money and a space in the library!

The Author begins with the question of the existence of God and takes the argument to the point of demonstrating why Jesus is the only way to God. Much discussion of philosphy and logical thought. Much is here to chew on...author walks the reader through the entire discussion. A must for those wishing to strengthen their core beliefs.

Geisler is very practical in his approach to answering tough questions.
This book is good go-to resource to have when you need to give a logically sound argument for or against something. Covers a broad range of topics that people may ask you. Highly recommended!
