Book Description

1 April 1993 Drawing Out Feelings Series
A workbook to help children deal with feelings about step families. When a marriage ends in death or divorce, children can feel abandoned and insecure. It takes time and understanding for a child to adjust, and when a single parent eventually remarries, the child must adjust once again. When A Parent Marries Again helps children understand and express the feelings they have about the changes in their lives. Through the use of this workbook, children can develop coping skills which will lead to increased communication, the reduction of fear and stress, and a sense of family unity.

This is an excellent book that allows kids to write or draw their feelings to certain questions dealing with divorce. I think it is a useful book and my girlfriend, who is a school psychologist agrees. I highly recommmend it.
