I have been suffering from an eating disorder for many years and my therapist recommended this book, i'm always alittle dubious about self help books but this book really opened my mind to all sorts of avenues of my eating that i had never looked at before. Don't expect miracle cures, but i throughly recommend someone with an unhealthey relationship to food reads this book it may be just what you need!

I love this book! I couldn't put it down. This answered alot of questions from my past and other addictions aswel as food. Why I use everything to feel better. Finally looking through different eyes and am kinder to myself. Taking time out to see what is really going on. A new journey has begun.
