There are a lot of claims made about wheat but none are backed up with evidence. There is a full list of foods one can eat but only a handful of recipes.
If you have already decided to give up wheat then this book is little help going forward

I had no idea wheat has so many health related problems associated with it. This book did a good job looking at the science of how wheat consumption leads to Autoimmune Disease and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Cutting back on carbs has worked for me in the past for maintaining a toned physique and this book has some great advice on getting through the withdrawals while making the transition to a wheat free diet. Book is a good starting point for going wheat free, but the actual "diet" part of the book is non-existent. It would be better if sample menus were included.

I always feel bloated when eating a lot of breads. I think it effects my bowels and the way I feel. I know doctors will tell you about carbs and breads, but why Don't they just stop the wheat. Worth giving a try to feel better.

I am a big fitness junkie and one of the best things I did was take wheat out my diet. And we I saw this book I wanted to take a peek at it. And this book is very very thorough. It goes in to how to remove it from your diet the health benefits of doing this. If you needed a reason to remove it from your diet it explains all the negative side effects from it. And to me the most important aspect to remove it and that is dealing with the cravings. This is a definite recommend.
