DISCOVER:: How to SHATTER All of Your Hesitations, Worries, and Fears about the Wheat Free Diet

"I'm STEAMED about the so called "weight loss industry" and I'm ready to give you REAL steps to health and wellness...right now!" (Mirsad)

Plenty of companies are making millions and millions of dollars keeping you overweight, tired, and unhealthy. Why not break out of that cycle and take back your health? I’m truly shocked at the deceptive, unethical, and downright immoral actions of the weight loss industry at large. It’s high time that you have a new path to take.

There's always a bit of confusion when it's time to transition to a different way of eating, but who said that you have to stay lost, hurt, and confused? You know how it goes, right?

  • You start getting a ton of information, but you don't know what not to do if you want to get the results everyone else is getting

  • You start getting excited, only to realize that you have to take your diet "on the road" ...and what will everyone else think when you're on yet another diet? (Of course, they don't know what I'm about to reveal to you!)

Plenty of people are moving towards the wheat free way of life, and it's a great way to get tons of great tasting food without all of the horrible weight gain that follows. In fact, you'll find that this way of eating is one that you can stick to for the long run, if you're willing to follow some straightforward, science-backed guidelines.

YOUR MISSION:: Capture GREAT Results on the Wheat Free Diet -- Without Making the Classic "Newbie" Mistakes in the Process!

If you're like most people, there's a mountain of distractions keeping you from really making any sort of plan for success. Instead of spinning your wheels and suffering from information overload, then you will be able to move forward with ease. Finally!

With this book, I wanted to chop down all of those pesky confusion trees blocking the pathway to weight loss and improved health, giving you exactly what you need to know in order to get authentic results. You know, the kind that all of those late night infomercials promise to give you, yet fail to deliver.

DOWNLOAD:: Wheat Free Diet Mistakes You Wish You Knew

I step in to give you as much solid information as possible, and when you buy a copy of this book, you'll find out:

  • The basic building blocks of a truly wheat-free diet

  • What foods are truly "unlimited" and which ones may be quietly blocking your weight loss goals

  • A natural food that takes care of one of the most common mineral deficiencies in the body (in fact, you could be deficient right now and never know unless you're on a first-name, chummy-chum basis with your doctor)

  • The missing ingredient in your diet that could be a leading factor behind any hormonal imbalances or deficiencies (hint: the government is STILL telling us that we should be eating its substitute, not its "real" version.)

2.0 out of 5 stars Content has little to do with wheat belly diet! 19 Feb 2014
By jillyd - Published on
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
This book was a waste of time and money, very amateurish and absolutely no help to someone adopting the Wheat Belly Diet and wheat-free way of eating. Description says that "Mirsad writes all of his books in as unique style..." Yes, that's true, each disjointed sentence is a paragraph and the content has no relation to eating wheat-free except for a few references throughout the book to Dr. Davis, author of the Wheat Belly Diet. Instead we are told to keep the bedroom as dark as possible to sleep - hello, who has not heard that. How to exercise and do resistance training. And what to do if you go to the hospital and on and on with unrelated stuff. And Mirsad needs an editor, obviously self-published, at the very least a proof-reader or you will end up as I did with a book that was a waste of my "heard earned money" ( page 30.) Save your further!

5.0 out of 5 stars Creative, Unorthdox, and Real! Mirsad Strikes Again 6 Feb 2014
By SCL - Published on
Format:Kindle Edition
I'm a big fan of the Mistakes... series. I have to admit, the beginning of the series was a little disorganized. However, with time, Mirsad has truly found his voice and the information has gotten better than ever. What I think makes the Mistakes Series so interesting is that it's a great blend of science and common sense and...Mirsad.

Yes, the author's personality shines here. He does get a little direct with the audience in this book, so if you're offended easily this might not be the book for you. But do me a favor, customer-to-be: give it a chance. See it through. When we talk about the nature of health and the mess of a food supply that we all have to share, sometimes strong words come out. He doesn't swear or get carried away, but you can tell Mirsad is definitely passionate.

Check this one out. For less than a bowl of soup at the local neighborhood restaurant, you could be closer to really and honestly feeling better. Don't miss out.

5.0 out of 5 stars Gave up wheat....for good thanks to this guy 26 Feb 2014
By Joshua G. - Published on
Look, I'm not some guy that actually has to lose weight. Im kind of wiry. I probably could stand to lose a few pounds, but I'm not heavy. Do all the guys say that? Oh well.

Anyway... I wasnt really sold on wheat until I read Wheat Belly. I realized this wheat thing isn't good for me, or my kids.

What made Mirsads book stand out for me was the fact that he explains everything else connected to giving up wheat. it sets up a neat roadmap. that's what i was really missing from Wheat Belly. Mirsads style is also funnier, and more "real people", if you know what I mean.

I liked all of the extra links. I'm kind of a newbie and getting deeper into it slowly is easier...thanks to this guy. Thanks, Mirsad. Now if I could just get cut like you buddy! haha

5.0 out of 5 stars New Insight and Understanding 8 Mar 2014
By Doe Med - Published on

This was a quick read and review for those of us who have read Dr. William Davis' "Wheat Belly" book. I have been wheat free for almost 2 years now. I have not had the success with weight loss that I would have liked, but the extreme inflammation I was experiencing is gone. Mirsad Hasic's book has quickly pointed out some of my mistakes and therefore my downfalls that are the cause of my inability to loose weight on my gluten free diet. I am going to concentrate more on my sugar intake, the amount of fruit I am eating and which kind if fruit, my poor sleep habits and my night time eating that helps me stay wake so I do not have to rush into the next day. Reducing my stress is another goal I will work on. Mr. Hasic is convincing in his arguments and very encouraging with his recommendations. Thank you for this short but powerful book that came into my life when I most desperately needed it. With my body being in a complete metabolic disaster that I have never faced before, I think Mr. Hasic's book has given me a plan of action to turn my health back around and help to keep me off medications.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wheat Dietary Issues 22 Jan 2014
By Dr. Joseph S. Maresca - Published on
Format:Kindle Edition
Mirsad has explained some important dynamics for wheat
consumption. For instance, it is contraindicated for celiacs ,
as well as, people who are gluten intolerant.

Arthritics can be adversely impacted by the gluten in
wheat products. Wheat products may impact body
internal inflammations, as demonstrated by statistics
like the C-Reactive Protein.

The author explains how wheat is used to thicken soups,
as well as, the usage in cookies and cakes. In this
reviewer's experience, cutting out wheat will aid in
reducing weight and improving the dreadful symptoms
of arthritis. Tingling of the extremities will subside by
cutting out wheat or at least cutting down substantially.

The author also extols the benefits of exercise in any weight
management program. Overall, the book is well written and
it's targeted to people who have weight to lose, as well as,
people who must control the pain of diseases like diabetes
and arthritis of the skeleton including the back, limbs and the
rib cage..
