About the Author
Eric Hill was born in North London and lived there for many years. He started his artistic career as an art studio messenger and from there went on to become a cartoonist and eventually an art director at a leading advertising agency. In 1978 Eric made up a story about a small puppy to read to his son at bedtime and Spot was born. The success of his first bestselling lift-the-flap classic Where's Spot? in 1980 convinced him to become a full-time author. Eric currently resides in France.

Format:Board book
I bought this for my 1 year old daughter, having seen it elsewhere at a much higher price this book was a bargain, there are 10 pages (sides) all hard board and each page is crammed full of different objects and animals, brilliant for when your little one is learning new words and what different objects are in the home and out and about. Plus it has the added bonus of the sounds down the side - to be honest this book would still be great even if it did not have the sounds. i am very pleased with it

I purchased this book for my 15 month old daughter who loves Spot. I was not disappointed with this book. It is much larger than I thought and is great for teaching new things. The sounds are excellent. Only one thing I think is slightly confusing about the book - there is a bird sound and a seagull sound so she sometimes gets confused when I ask where the bird is. Overall a great book.

Great book. Haven't picked up a Spot book in ages....Wish I had one of these in our library when I was young, but then I'm sure we would have knocked the battery for six. Great book with nice illustrations. Classic character

Our daughter loves spot. So Spot with noises is even better! She has had this book for about 1 year now and still brings it out regualrly and reads and plays with it. Read more
