What's Best for Matthew (interactive CD ROM) 22 Jun 2000
By AnnaLee Hansen - Published on Amazon.com
This interactive CD ROM is a wonderful tool for parents and beginning teachers who work with students with special needs. It takes a case study and gives you the opportunity to interview the teachers and parents of Matthew in order to develop an individual education plan which will help Matthew gain the needed skills in school. There are several prompts and guides to help you through the process. Most parents have no idea what an IEP is all about and this makes the process very user friendly. Additionally, most new teachers do not understand all of the technicalities of the process and this program simplifies it and makes the whole process very understandable. Well Done to the authors of this wonderful program.
