This autobiography is so much more than the sexy bed-adventures of most of these true-confessions books. It charts the progress of a highly intelligent young man from childhood, through finding God as a teenager, training to be a priest, then losing his faith and deciding to become a high class escort! It blows away many of our pre-conceived ideas about prostitutes (of both sexes) and reveals exactly what kind of women pay for sex - and they span all classes, ages, professions and religions.
The author comes across as immensely likeable, funny, intuitive and he has his own very solid moral code of conduct. The book really makes you think about the world's oldest profession and why there is a very real need for it. I came away thinking that this is an industry that needs to be fully legalised and regulated, not driven further underground.
Oh, and the sexy bed-adventure bits are great too!

The book was a bit of a diappointment. Nothing like the Diary of Belle de Jour, this book is too personal, politically correct and about things around escorting as opposed to escorting itself.

This is a good book to understand what its really like to be an escort.
It shows that although the money can be lucrative its not in the least glamorous and and takes a heavy toll on personal and family relationships.
Many women need to be first seduced through their mind but this book reveals that there are also a lot of women who have animal instincts (as is often the case in men) and just want sex.
The most positive aspect of the book is that disabled people or those who have not been fortunate to experience sex in a normal loving relationship can have the opportunity through an escort. In some cases it gives them the confidence to look for real love.
