I was incredibly disappointed with this CD......I'd been looking forwards to it arriving and put it on straight away in the car and it was such a let down.
I found her voice whiny and nasaly and actually very annoying.

Having seen her interviewed on TV she comes across as a very sweet girl with great charm but I feel that it doesn't come across in her voice or the music.
There was no soul or depth to any of the songs......... experience of life is lacking here...... you listen to someone like Edith Piaf, Billy Holliday or Ella Fitzgerald and your hooked, you can tell they've been through a lot and they draw you in....

To me this sounded like a very young inexperienced girl bouncing her way through song after song with no ooomph..........

I was bored to tears to be honest and found myself hitting the forward button before half of the songs were through

I'm a huge fan of big band, blues and jazz but this just didn't live up to the hype which is such a shame as I love the story behind her being found...

I reviewed the sampler of the soon to be released album and I am amazed at the talent this young girl has. She has created her own original music and injected the emotion you only find in some of the great artists of the past century. Her voice is perfect, I would highly recommend this album as one to add to your 'must have' collection. Enjoy!

Along with all the A list stars, I too have been wowed by Victoria Hart! This album shows off her beautiful voice with such a fantastic range of material. I love her take of 'Sunny Afternoon' which I will be playing all summer!

"Whatever Happened To Romance" is certainly the standout track and although other tracks are good, none are nearly as 'catchy'. She very much reminds me of Lynsey de Paul.
