Product Description

Millions of people suffer from migraines - those excruciating headaches that can last for hours or even days. The symptoms can include debilitating pain, extreme sensitivity to sound and light, sweats, double vision, nausea and vomiting, slurred speech, and more. Current treatments and prescription drugs often fail to help, but now there is a safe, all-natural "triple therapy" programme that can relieve the pain - and often prevent recurrences - of migraines. A combination of three easy to find, over-the-counter supplements, this scientifically proven remedy was developed by Dr. Alexander Mauskop, one of the leading migraine experts. Discover: Dr. Mauskop's patient-tested, seven-step programme for migraine relief. Dozens of tips on how to avoid migraine triggers in foods, the home, and the environment. An exercise programme specially designed to improve blood flow. The pros and cons of common prescription medications.

Book arrived quickly, easy to understand.didn't really believe it would help as I have suffered from migraines for 30 years and have tried numerous drugs and alternative therapies. However, whether coincidence or not, since taking magnesium & B2 (I left out the feverfew as I had no previous success with it) my migraines have been greatly reduced, and also my medication. It has been 3 months now so I am continuing with it.I take 300 mg of magnesium and 50mg of B2 daily, as the doses in the book seemed quite high.It works for me at the moment!

Migraine remedies 14 April 2009
Format:Paperback
This is an excellent book which recommends simple remedies. I'd recommend it. The only problem for UK readers is that not all the commercial products listed are readily available(book is published in US), but most can be obtained singly to make the triple remedy the author suggests, if you shop around.
