I found this book a source of information and indeed wisdom. The author artfully combines philosophical research with personal experience. A really uplifting read - a little gem.

I loved `What is the meaning of your life" by Lucy Costigan. The book is a discussion on the various kinds of meaning that people have in their lives. The author is also grappling with life issues herself, including relationship problems. She has no choice but to let go of everything she loves, and to create new meaning, a whole new life. This is really inspirational stuff. I've reread it three times and still found more wisdom. A great book if you're on a quest or a path for meaning.

Inspirational Book 13 Jun 2006

Format:Paperback
A really great read. I loved this book. There is a fascinating discussion on the meaning of life throughout, but this is intermingled with the author's struggle to find her own path in life. She is facing the breakup of a relationship and the end of a lifestyle that she does not want to leave. I really found this a marvellous piece of work, really inspirational.
