This was free with the Kindle and as it was one of my favourites as a child I decided to enjoy it again. Loved the story (a follow-up to 'What Katy did') missed the pictures, hated the conversion to Kindle format - lots of spelling mistakes and broke lines after every Mr. or Mrs. as if it needed a new paragraph.

A great children's book, my nine year old granddaughter loved it and can't wait to read the others in the series. Really encourages children to read. As I child I loved this book and it crosses the generations.

I read What Katy Did and I enjoyed it. But my favourite book in the series is What Katy Did at School.
It's about Katy and Clover going to a boarding school and get into some funny adventures, eg: the S.S.U.C!
My favourite character is Rose Red (Rosamond Redding) a cheeky schoolard. She sends messages to Katy through their wall because they share a drawer and I think that's great fun. There's also Lilly Page who nobody really likes but I think the book wouldn't be so good without her. I don't like her parents though, Mr and Mrs Page (Cousin Olivia).
The only problem is the Kindle Version but it doesn't bother me. There are just some occasional spelling errors and Mrs and Mr starting a new paragraph...
A must-read to a Katy Fan.

I enjoyed this book as a girl, more than I have 55yrs later.
Find there are a lot of mistakes, on top of those that are meant to be there.

Good book
This a good children's book, nice for people who've read and liked Little Women. It is a pity one can't find the 4th book in the series, Clover, because I preffered Clover to Katy.
