After a varied career in leisure management and sales in the UK, Holland, Shanghai and Hong Kong, Shari Low has now returned to her home city of Glasgow where she lives with her husband and writes full time.

Shari Low has to be chick lits' best kept secret - why haven't I come across her work before? Thankfully a friend loaned me this book after she raved about for days. The jist of the story is on the other reviews so I'll skip that bit, however it has to be said that Shari Low just hits the right notes with the humour, the relationships and the crazy twists that kept me laughing right up until the madly unpredictable ending (did NOT see that one coming!) The ultimate bed time/bath time read!

I loved Sari Low's first offering 'What if?'. I often wonder about ex boyfriends but I realistically would never be able to track down all of them. If I did though, I'd love to meet them when I was looking and feeling wonderful (ie. Look how I survived without you!!!). This is such a humorous plot and is extremely well written. I cannot wait to read 'Why Not?'when it comes out in September.

Not many books manage to sound as if they are written by your best friend - or as if you are having the gossip of a lifetime - this one manages to achieve both. I giggled from the first couple of pages and enjoyed meeting the succession of men - all of whom most of us have come across at some time or another during our single years. As a now married-mum-of-two, I enjoyed being trasnported back a few years to the days of little or no commitments, with "FUN" being the main aim of the game. In these days of doom and gloom, this book brings joy and laughter.
