excellent groove orientated death metal,

Picked this up just out of curiosity really but I'm loving it! What we have here is some well played death metal in the same vein as Six Feet Under and Torture Killer i.e. not a blastbeat in sight, just mid tempo crunchy riffs, a few tempo changes and music perfect for stamping on your granny's head. Some of the songs have a real old school feel to them and bring to mind Massacre! So if you love those bands you're gonna love this album!

Jungle Rot has a new trick up their sleeve with "What Horrors Await". this is their first on Napalm Records. there are no disappointments on this album, just a crunching slab of mid-paced death metal. while not brutal, this is something you can bang your head to. also on this release, they cover a Destruction song, entitled "Invincible Force". Jungle Rot has a bright future ahead of them.
