i'm sure this is an OK book.

BUT if you happen to live outside the US then there is little value in this book. most of this book is a mega list of ready meals with thier associated zone nutritional values (aka Blocks); unfortunately this are american brand meals.

Be Aware: there are no recipies in this book.

Good for people who eat prepared foods 16 Jun 2008

I was disappointed in this book because I thought it would have a listing of a most foods and their value in the Zone block system. However, it is not this at all. They go through hundreds of prepared foods, say, Weigh Watchers meals, and tells the blocks for those. I am making food by scratch, so I had to return the book because it did not apply to my family.
