I carefully read the other reviews about this book and thought I'd actually get some insight into the male psyche. I was sorely disappointed.

It well describes low level neanderthal man, the average daily sport reader, but does little to enhance your understanding of any man with more than 3 or 4 brain cells.

This book is sensationalist twaddle. It was over simplified and reads like a sub standard cosmo article.

I'd recommend this book to anyone who is going out with a total idiot, actually, forget the book, just dump him and put your £7.88 towards something nice for yourself.

well, i am hoping that what is in this book is not true of all men, otherwise theres no hope! A lot of the stuff these guys talk about are certainly true, but its nothing that my friends and I haven't spoken about before! The other stuff is slightly more concerning! It is a mildly amusing read, but i cannot help thinking these guys are a bit self obsessed. The book is a bit sensationalist and also its very short (i read it in two days and i read SLOW). Also I felt a bit let down as it does focus a lot on the negatives and offers very few solutions. There are some basic truths in there about the male of the species - but take them with a pinch of salt i think!

This book is a thinly disguised attempt to make women think they need to have sex with their men at whatever frequency the men want it. Otherwise the men will be unable to stand it and will have sex with other women. The authors discuss the "men helping men" behavior right up front--their book is a prime example of men helping men. God help the women who didn't figure this out. This book is purportedly for women but it's really simply for the benefit of men.
