Format: Paperback
2015 edition is the third edition of ‘What Color is Your Parachute’ I’ve read so far – a book which is no wonder many people call the world's most popular book for job seekers and job hunters.

The 2015 edition is not so much updated from previous edition though regular readers can find updated statistics, different job fields analyses, and most important lots of advices about how to find perfect job search social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Skype, even YouTube). The information found inside is extensive and all those who reading book who seek for employment, start new or change current career will find something useful. Equally good book will be for job hunters who are searching for some new promising young shot.

This year edition as older editions is made for US job market, although most of the given advices are universal and applicable worldwide. You will be able to learn lot about reading or writing resumes, social media and networking and which are crucial these days, proper ways of interviewing or what should (not) be said if you are interviewed, how to negotiate your salary, career counselors, entrepreneurship and much more. It helps reader to learn about own real interests, where actually one would be best to work, the environment and people reader would enjoy the most. Of course, it would be too much to say that using this book you'll get all the answers, but for sure you'll be able to see in which fields given your job you are not doing well or what can be improved in order to be promoted or get new job.

Richard N. Bolles is evidently career expert and it it's not surprise to see that this is his 43rd edition of same book. Written in a friendly style, easy to read every year becomes refreshed and up-to-date (e.g.

This is a very well written and very practical book for those seeking a new job or career. I've researched for interviews in the past but this gives masses of detail about how to make your choice of job and employer, and your application beat the competition. Highly recommended.

Everybody seems to know about this book and for good reason. It's a very modern, comprehensive guide to finding employment in today's hyper competitive, social media driven world and contains many useful tips about what to do and what not to do. I would highly recommend it !
