I agree with the reviewer who points out that this is extremely badly translated from the original text, however, I own many art books that try to explain the mysteries of the ever elusive wet-on-wet technique and none of them do it as much justice as this book does, which is why I did not hesitate to give it 5 stars. If you can plough through the dense, heavy-going language, which I did by taking a pen to the text and taking it apart myself, you will definately benefit from the artist's wisdom for there is no other book out there that explains this notoriously difficult medium in so much detail. Don't be put off by your first attempts at painting because it does take practise to become familiar with how the paint reacts to the water (timing is key). I would not recommend this book for beginners, though. This is definately aimed at the more seasoned watercolourist.
