Fast delivery, and product as described. Great used in a nice bath after exercise and dose not leave the bath a mess which is always good. However you do need to put quite a lot in for it to be effective, l would say that this size would give you about 4 or 5 bath worth.

Excellent seller and quick delivery. This is a great quality epsom salt. Traditionally used in the bath to relieve tired and sore muscles. It's great for that. It's also great for replenishing your magnesium levels. They are the most common. I'm a great believer in natural products AND they less expensive than potions and other expensive concoctions. I use it on my face after exfoliating. To exfoliate, I use Dove soap only and mix it with a large pinch of bicarbonate of soda and gently massage my face. After rinding this off, I dissolve some Epsom salts with hot water and pat it all over my face several times. Granted, it doesn't dissolve particularly well and the grains tend to stick a bit, but I leave it on for 10 minutes to dry. It dries powdery by the way and skin may be a bit tight. However, after rinsing off again the result is FANTASTIC!! Soft, extremely smooth and pores almost invisible! Pop a bit of moisturiser on (I use either bio oil or coconut oil). Try it at night.... The next morning you look like you've been to a spa and had a very expensive facial! It's great stuff and I highly recommend it!

I've bought it before and it's brilliant for those aches and pains after my training sessions. I didn't actually mean to buy the 1kg one though... it's more worth while to get the bigger 5kg one.

Much cheaper than keep buying small pots from the chemist/supermarket, plus I actually feel like these are better quality - if such a thing as better quality exists with epsom salts!
One star knocked off for the resealable pouch not being resealable. I've stored my bag in a non-damp room & am filling/using an old small plastic epsom salt pot, as the pot lid is a secure fit so I don't need to worry about the salts getting damp in the bathroom.

UPDATE: December 2014
I love this stuff so much I've bought it again! I have an extremely painful chronic anal fissure, which I'll soon be having surgery for. After toileting I sit in a bidet of very hot water with a generous dose of these salts in - this works wonders for calming the sphincter spasms & burning that's common with anal fissures. Epsom salts contain magnesium and it's this that helps calm the sphincter muscles, so if you're suffering like I am please do give these a go. At any time of the day I feel the throbbing/burning pain of the spasm returning I go back to my epsom salt bidet for instant relief (I bought a plastic bidet from Amazon that you put on the top of your toilet). These have been a life saver for me in the run up to my operation - I don't know how I could have coped without them.

Good, quality product, but expensive.
Other, much cheaper options available on Amazon.
Buying in bulk probably would be cheaper.
Arrived in time and well packed.

This is something I order regularly as I use it on a regular basis. There's not a lot to say about epsom salts except that this supplier is very reliable.
