Though in black-and-white this should not deter anyone from puchasing this movie. With a host of stars like James Cagney (in terpsichorial rather than homicidal mode!), Doris Day, and the all-too-rarely seen Gene Nelson, and a score by Jule Styne and Sammy Cahn (not perhaps at their best, but entertaining just the same)this is a real feel-good movie.
