Book Description
This book focuses on fresh local produce with recipes which can all be made using mostly south west ingredients, showing how easy it is to produce tasty food without clocking up the food miles. A minimum of £2 from each book sold will be donated to WaterAid and the book also features some more unusual recipes local to the countries where WaterAid works.
South West celebrity chefs Rick Stein, Michael Caines, James Tanner and Paul da Costa Greaves have all generously contributed recipes to the book.
