This is superb! Thought I'd try it as I'd got lots of the silicone bakeware from WellBake - this is such a handy little knife, already used it for frying - sturdy enough to withstand the heat but bendy enough to make removing the egg easy peasy. Price seems quite expensive but when you consider all the different things you can do with it it's actually money well spent! Cheers WellBake.

This handy knife is a must have for every kitchen - I use it for everything - frying, stirring, basting, removing and icing sponges etc. It's so useful, doesn't scratch my metal pans + suitable for silicone cookware. Fab!

Useful on non stick bakeware
I bought this to cut my bread dough on a silicone sheet as I didn't want to cut the sheet. It works OK and I am sure it will be useful to cut cakes in non-stick tins.
